What the role involves:

• Supporting teachers in the classroom as a Teaching Assistant (TA) or Classroom Support Assistant

• Assisting pupils on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, or whole class settings

• Helping to deliver engaging lessons and maintain a positive learning environment

• Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN / SEND support) where required

• Promoting positive behaviour management and pupil engagement

• Assisting with preparation of learning materials and classroom resources

• Working across primary, secondary, or SEN schools

• Gaining valuable experience for those interested in teacher training or a career in education
