About the RoleWe are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our growing design team. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented designer with a strong portfolio of high-end hospitality projects and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. Experience designing luxury hotels, resorts, wellness, and spa environments is highly desirable.You will lead projects from concept through completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to deliver sophisticated, functional, and commercially successful interiors.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and delivery of luxury hospitality, wellness, and spa projects from concept to completion.Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and presentation materials.Produce detailed design documentation, construction drawings, and specifications using AutoCAD.Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout all project phases.Prepare FFandE packages, material selections, and finish schedules.Review technical drawings to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve successful project delivery.Present design concepts confidently to clients and stakeholders.Mentor and support junior designers within the studio.Stay informed on industry trends, materials, sustainability, and innovations in hospitality and wellness design.Required Skills and ..... full job details .....
