We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Operator to join my clients team, working within our fleet of high‑quality modular cabins used across construction, education, events, and commercial sectors.

You’ll be joining one of the UK’s longest‑established modular building specialists known for their strong family values, excellent customer service, and commitment to delivering safe, well‑maintained accommodation units nationwide. Although they operate on a national scale, the culture remains friendly, supportive, and hands‑on.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning duties to ensure cabins are ready for client use
• Plaster boarding and minor internal repairs
• Basic plumbing including fixing leaks and replacing fittings
• Replacing like‑for‑like electrical items such as heaters, sockets, and switches (no live electrical work)

• Experience in general maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, or property repairs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive, can‑do attitude
• Reliability and good attention to detail
