Work collaboratively with teaching staff and support teams to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Assist in implementing behaviour support plans and emotional regulation strategies. Support the development of social skills, confidence, and independence in young learners. Providing personal care and support for students with learning/physical disabilities. Requirements: Minimum 6 months experience working with children or young people with SEMH, autism, or behavioural needs, in a SEND classroom. Team Teach/MAPA/CPI Interventions - must hold an in date certificate A calm, empathetic, and patient approach to supporting challenging behaviours. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
