Our client, a very reputable firm are looking to appoint a Employment Paralegal for their growing business based in Stockport. You will support a respondent focused caseload across both contentious and non-contentious matters. You will also gain exposure to high quality work and have the ability to build long term relationships.To be considered for the role, you''ll require the following essentials:A minimum of 12 months'' experience in employment lawExperience and Knowledge of employment lawExperience working as a Paralegal within the legal sectorKnowledge of MS Office and Internal SystemsExcellent communication skills - both written and verbalStrong organisational skillsHigh attention to detailWithin this position, you''ll also be:Conducting of matters on behalf of clients accurately and reliably in line with procedures and policies (SRA Code of Conduct)Supporting fee earners with matters, including preparing of case assessments, drafting documents and forms and liaising with clients and TribunalsAttending Tribunal hearings to provide support and take notesCarrying out legal research to assist ongoing mattersPreparing hearing and disclosure bundles, organising documents and assembling files under supervisionWorking collaboratively with team members to deliver a seamless service to clientsSalary and Working HoursSalary is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependant on experienceWorking Hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm with 1 hours'' lunchTalk Staff Recruitment is an ..... full job details .....
