With ambitious plans for organic and MandA-driven growth, we’re now looking for a

CFO

to join our Executive Leadership Team and help shape the next phase of our journey.

RoleAs CFO, you’ll be a trusted partner to the CEO, leading the financial strategy while playing a central role in broader business growth. This is a hands-on, commercial leadership role — not just about finance, but about driving value, identifying opportunities, and helping us scale globally.

ResponsibilitiesThis is a hands-on executive finance role with responsibility for:

Leading the financial strategy and performance across the group

Driving value creation, identifying opportunities and enabling scalable growth

Partnering with the CEO and leadership team to shape the firm’s direction

Building and leading high-performing finance teams

Qualifications

Is ACA qualified (Big 4 trained ideal)

Brings senior financial leadership experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment

Has a strong commercial mindset and proven MandA experience

Knows the agency/marketing/sports sector and understands what drives performance

Can build high-performing teams and inspire collaboration across the business
