We are working with a well-regarded international firm who are looking for a Senior Solicitor to join their Finance team within their London office.The Role

The successful candidate will join a dedicated and experienced team, working on a wide range of finance matters, with a particular focus on sports finance. The candidate’s duties will include negotiating main deal documentation, representing lenders and borrowers, and advising on cross-border deals.The candidate will play a key role in complex finance transactions, with responsibilities extending across sectors such as sports finance, real estate finance, structured finance, and projects/infrastructure finance. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.Qualifications

4-7 PQE;Strong background in financial law and transactions. Previous experience in sports law highly advantageous;Keen drafting capabilities, with strong working knowledge of drafting LMA debt facility agreements;Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;Outstanding academics;Technically excellent;Willingness to become involved in business development;Ability to work independently and as a team.Benefits
