The General Manager of Operations role: As their General Manager of Operations you will lead the successful operational management and development of the group including further development of profitability levels. The successful candidate will have the ambition, vision and drive to be able to be heavily involved in taking the business forward alongside the Managing Director and rest of the Senior Leadership Team. Key responsibilities of their General Manager of Operations: Managing the day to day business operations across the operation covering traffic planning, site operation, customer service, Fleet Management (including on site workshop), HR and HandS.
