This is a senior operational and commercial role, responsible for overseeing multiple service divisions including Gas, Water Hygiene, Electrical, and District Heating with full accountability for contract performance, compliance, financial control, and client relationships. This is a strategic leadership role, not a hands-on supervisory position. Key Responsibilities Full ownership of domestic gas contracts and associated service divisions Oversight of Gas, Water Hygiene, Electrical, and District Heating operations Delivery of CP12 landlord gas safety programmes, servicing and installations Management of budgets, KPIs, SLAs, schedules of rates, WIP and variations Senior leadership of Supervisors, Engineers and Installers Governance of Health and Safety and Gas Safety Regulations Quality assurance audits and compliance reporting Client relationship management and attendance at review meetings Management of escalations, complaints and performance issues Workforce onboarding, competency management and continuous improvement Key Requirements Minimum 5 years gas industry experience (Social Housing ..... full job details .....
