Our client, a leading name in food manufacturing, is on the hunt for a Validation and Verification Technologist to champion food safety, compliance, and continuous improvement on-site.What you''ll be doing: Oversee all site validation and verification activities, including allergen, nutrition, species, cooking, cleaning, and cooling validations-ensuring audit readiness at all times. Plan and manage swabbing, sampling, traceability checks, and CCP audits, maintaining compliance with HACCP, GMP, GHP, and food safety protocols. Write detailed technical reports and ensure complete, accurate documentation of all verification and process control measures. Act as the critical link between the Technical and Development teams, ensuring technical systems and food safety standards are fully aligned. Maintain key schedules including metal detection checks, validation timelines, and ensure timely communication of corrective actions when deviations occur.
