The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a busy and professional organisation based in Glasgow City Centre. This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and the chance to become an integral part of a supportive team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Key Responsibilities

- General office administration and support

- Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems

- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars

- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations

- Ordering office supplies and liaising with suppliers

- Supporting colleagues with a range of administrative tasks

- Updating internal systems and databases

- Assisting with general office coordination duties

About You

- Previous administration experience (approximately 2+ years)

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

- Ability to prioritise workload and work efficiently

- Strong attention to detail

- Positive, proactive, and professional approach
