Maintenance EngineerLocation: Blackburn, Lancashire (BB1) Salary: Up to £47,677 per annum + £3,000 Shift AllowanceShift Pattern: Continental Shift Pattern (2 early shifts followed by 2 night shifts) Working hours of 7:00am - 7:00pm and 7pm 7am 4 on 4 off Holiday Entitlement: 33 days holiday (pro rata) Permanent, Full-TimeThe OpportunityHawk 3 Talent Solutions are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to join a busy manufacturing operation in Blackburn, Lancashire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment where no two days are the same.The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, performance and safe operation of production machinery and plant equipment, helping to minimise downtime and maximise operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities in line with maintenance schedules.Respond to production breakdowns and perform effective fault finding to minimise downtime.Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults.Conduct routine inspections and identify potential issues before they become failures.Support root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective actions.Assist with machinery installation, commissioning, upgrades and modifications.Work closely with Production, Technical and Engineering teams to maintain equipment performance.Maintain accurate maintenance ..... full job details .....
