Repairs ManagerFull-time Permanent Kent Up to £55k Company Van Build Recruitment is working in partnership with a Kent-based housing provider who are recruiting an experienced Repairs Manager to lead a team of 14 engineers delivering responsive repairs and installations to their properties. You ll drive first-time fix performance, ensure compliance (gas safety, asbestos, HandS), manage KPIs and contracts, and deliver an excellent customer experience. You will also deputise for the Operations Manager when required.
