We are specifically seeking a true salesperson - someone who is naturally commercial, motivated by winning work, and driven to grow new business. The organisation already boasts strong technical expertise. What they now need is a commercially minded, proactive salesperson who can take full ownership of the sales cycle, freeing the technical team to focus on engineering delivery rather than sales support. This is a hunter- led B2B sales role focused on identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across the industrial sector for wastewater treatment equipment and services. Key Responsibilities New Business GenerationProactively identify and target new business opportunities across key markets, including Manufacturing, Food and Beverage, Paper and Pulp, Breweries, and Distilleries.Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, site visits, referrals, industry events, and inbound leads.Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, scoping, solution design, proposals, negotiation, and contract award.Proposal and Bid ManagementPrepare and present compelling ..... full job details .....
