This well-established FMCG food manufacturer continues to invest in its people, processes and facilities. You''ll play a key role in driving health & safety standards across a busy manufacturing site, working closely with employees and management to create a positive and proactive safety culture.

You''ll have a hands-on presence across the factory, identifying risks, improving processes and ensuring high standards of health & safety are maintained throughout the operation.

Your Role As Health & Safety Advisor Will Include:

• Drive and promote a positive Health & Safety culture across the site
• Carry out risk assessments, inspections and safety audits
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Review and develop safe systems of work and H&S procedures
• Support machine safety, COSHH, manual handling and workplace transport
• Deliver Health & Safety training and toolbox talks
• Work closely with Production, Engineering and site management
• Monitor H&S performance and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company standards

As A Health & Safety Advisor You Will Have:

• Health & Safety experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food or a similar environment
• NEBOSH qualified or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
• Comfortable working hands-on within a busy manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and influencing skills
