London An opportunity has arisen in one of our good clients for a Land Manager / Senior Land Manager acquiring sites in and around the London area.This client is renowned for building quality schemes in zones 2 – 6 and will consist of 40 – 200+ units. The product sells for around £600 – £900 sqft and flies out of the door because of its modern design an appeal to the many within private sale and some help to buy.Sites will have a profit from £1m – £20m and they will buy unconditionally, stp, option giving much flexibility to get the deals in.The company themselves are known for being entrepreneurial and active in the market building out more than 10 sites in the city at any one time. Decision making is quick and if the numbers stack on a good deal you can rest assured the deal will done quickly.
