Customer Operator - Night Shifts Red Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Operator to join our client who provides CCTV and Alarm Services to other businesses. This role is ideal for someone from a customer service background who enjoys supporting customers, handling calls, and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently. Alongside customer interaction, the successful candidate will review CCTV footage and complete associated administrative tasks. This role will be working within a close-knit team and is night shifts only. To be a successful candidate for this role, please note the client will conduct credit checks and background referencing (for the past 5 years).
