Pay: andpound;85 - andpound;110 per day
Hours: 08:30 - 15:30 | Monday to Friday (term time only)

Job Description:

• Full-time position working across Key Stages 1 and 2 (ages 4-11)
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with families
• Offer practical support and advice both in school and in family homes
• Promote positive engagement between parents/carers and the school
• Hold regular check-ins, workshops, and family support meetings
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of interactions and outcomes
• Act as a consistent, approachable point of contact for families
• Location: New Forest
• Start Date: September 2025
• Contract Length: Long-term

Individual Profile:

• Previous experience in a Family Liaison or similar support role
• Able to communicate with empathy, honesty, and diplomacy
• Comfortable supporting families who may be reluctant to engage
• Confident in offering support around challenging circumstances
• Passionate, approachable, and experienced in building lasting relationships
• A strong understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries
