Job Title: Sales Support Administrator (SSA)Location: Finchley Road, NW LondonSalary: Market related, depending on experiencePermanent / Full-Time - fully onsiteWe are working with a well-established financial services business based on Finchley Road, NW London, who are looking to recruit a Sales Support Administrator to join their Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at an early stage of their career who is looking to build experience within financial services, sales support, or operations.Reporting into the Head of Operations, this role will provide hands-on exposure to the sales process, supporting broker applications, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with internal teams to ensure applications move smoothly through the pipeline.Key Responsibilities: Learn and develop an understanding of the company''s products, processes, and eligibility criteriaSupport the packaging and checking of funding applications to ensure they are complete and accurateAssist with managing application submissions and updates on SalesforceAnswer incoming business calls in a professional and timely mannerLiaise with brokers to request outstanding information and provide basic updates on application progressWork closely with the Sales team to support a high standard of serviceCoordinate with internal teams such as Credit and Operations to help resolve queriesSupport general administrative and ad hoc tasks as required The Ideal Candidate: Good communication skills ..... full job details .....
