Electrical Shift Engineer Location: Westminster, Central LondonSite: Art GallerySalary: £50,000 - £54,000 per annum + BenefitsShift Pattern: Continental Days and NightsHours: 42 hours per week 6:30am-6:30pm / 6:30pm-6:30am The Opportunity A leading facilities management company is recruiting for an Electrical Shift Engineer to join their engineering team at a prestigious art gallery in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically biased engineer with strong multi-skilled maintenance experience, responsible for maintaining essential building services and ensuring the smooth operation of the site within a 24/7 environment. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across electrical and mechanical building services. Diagnose and rectify electrical faults across lighting, power, distribution boards and electrical controls. Maintain emergency lighting and associated electrical systems. Support maintenance of HVAC systems, pumps, motors and other mechanical plant. Assist with heating, ventilation and public health system maintenance. Complete maintenance records and reports using CAFM systems. Follow health and safety procedures, risk assessments and Permits to Work. Coordinate with subcontractors and support minor projects and event-related requirements. Ensure systems operate safely and meet service level agreements.
