Senior HR AdvisorBased in Telford hybrid working availableFull-Time and Permanent roleSalary up to 45,000 per annum + excellent benefitsSearch Consultancy are delighted to be working exclusively with one of our long-standing clients in the Financial Services sector to recruit for this new Senior HR Advisor role.The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the wider HR team to provide a comprehensive HR service across the business through the provision of guidance and advice on all HR matters.Duties involved in this role will include: Delivering a comprehensive and customer-focused HR Advisory service ensuring all issues are taken to a successful resolution Coaching and mentoring HR Advisors on more complex and sensitive ER issues, taking the lead where appropriate Influencing and coaching managers across the business on ER issues, whistleblowing and employee tribunals - identifying root causes and seeing through to a satisfactory conclusion Building strong and effective relationships with stakeholders across the business Supporting with Organisational Development activities including job and salary evaluations, benchmarking, restructuring, redundancies, acquisitions and TUPE Ensuring that effective performance conversations, promotions and reward/recognition meetings are taking place across the business Reviewing engagement survey results and recommending business improvements where appropriate Supporting the implementation of DEandI initiatives ..... full job details .....
