Hays Education is looking for caring, reliable and adaptable Supply SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a range of SEN schools, specialist provisions and colleges throughout Coventry.

Whether you''re seeking full-time work or flexible supply opportunities, we can offer placements that fit around your availability while allowing you to make a real difference to pupils who need additional support.

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs
• Working alongside teaching staff to deliver tailored support
• Assisting with learning, communication and daily routines
• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Encouraging engagement, confidence and independence

What you''ll need to succeed

• Experience working with children or young people
• SEN experience including ASC, ADHD, SEMH, SLCN, MLD, SLD or PMLD is desirable
• A patient, resilient and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
