Our client based in Stafford, is looking to expand their engineering team and is recruiting experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers, to join their growing operation.

The Role

You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving the performance of the site's machinery and production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

You'll be working on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern with 12-hour shifts. Start times are flexible, with the option to begin anytime between 3:00am and 9:00am, giving you greater work-life balance.

What you will need for thi Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers role:

• Experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical)
  
  
• 18th Edition qualified (essential)
  
  
• Previous experience within an FMCG, food manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable
  
  
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  
• A proactive approach to maintenance and continuous improvement
  
  

• Starting salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
  
  
• Salary reviewed and negotiated upwards once fully trained on the site's specialist milking machinery
  
  
• Weekly pay every Friday
