For this role, you will ensure PPM and Reactive maintenance is carried out, liaise with subcontractors, represent the company in a positive manner, and ensure all compliance is adhered to. This role follows a continental shift pattern (Days and Nights)Electrical Engineer Duties: PPMs and Reactive maintenance Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation Quotations Health and Safety Logbooks Risk assessments Permits to work Requirements: Fully qualified in either Electrical installations (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) Career driven and motivated Prior experience in critical environments - desirable, not essential High voltage switching experience - desirable At least 3 years experience prior working in commercial environments Salary and Benefits: Up to £52,000 per annum High Voltage Training provided Continental shift pattern (days and nights) Avoid the hassle of commuting into London 23 days annual leave entitlement Exposure to a large critical environment Company pension ..... full job details .....
