As the first point of contact for customers, you''ll play an important role in ensuring every customer receives a positive experience throughout the repair journey. Working closely with the workshop, estimators and insurers, you''ll keep customers informed while helping the Bodyshop operate efficiently.

The Role
As a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor, you''ll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the day-to-day administration of the Bodyshop.

Your responsibilities will include:
·Welcoming customers and acting as the first point of contact by phone, email and in person.
·Booking vehicles into the Bodyshop and coordinating repair appointments.
·Providing regular progress updates throughout the repair process.
·Liaising with technicians, estimators, insurers and suppliers to ensure repairs remain on schedule.
·Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
·Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal management systems.
·Processing repair documentation and supporting the administration of ongoing jobs.
·Delivering a consistently high standard of customer care from vehicle drop-off through to collection.

About You
We''re looking for an experienced Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor / Bodyshop Receptionist / Service Advisor who enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences in a busy environment.

You will ideally have:
·Previous experience in a customer service or administration role within the automotive industry or Bodyshop environment (Essential).
·Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
·A professional, friendly and customer-focused approach.
·Good IT skills and experience using customer management systems.
·The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
·A full UK driving licence is desirable.
