Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Support Lead to support workshop and field activities. This role involves repairing and preparing machines, supporting technicians, and creating clear SOPs to ensure high standards and smooth operations.Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and prepare machines for site.Support workshop and field service teams with technical issues.Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe workshop environment.Write and update SOPs, and help train team members.Requirements
