This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and takes pride in maintaining a healthy ledger.The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 350 sales ledger accounts, ensuring credit procedures are followed, and aged debt targets are consistently achieved. You''ll play a key role in protecting the business from financial risk through effective credit limit management and proactive debt recovery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer credit limits, conduct periodic reviews, and recommend appropriate actions.Achieve quarterly aged debtor targets across multiple ledgers.Issue month-end statements and provide copy invoices promptly.Proactively chase overdue debt via phone and written communication.Take STOP action where necessary and issue 7-day legal notices.Escalate cases to senior credit staff for legal action when required.Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve account queries efficiently.Support the wider credit control team with additional duties as needed.What We''re Looking ForPrevious experience in credit control or a similar finance role.Strong communication and negotiation ..... full job details .....
