Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Qualified Plasterer to join Derby Homes on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities Carry out all aspects of plastering, including patch repairs, skimming, rendering and full room re-plastering. Complete repairs and maintenance work within occupied and void social housing properties. Prepare surfaces ready for plastering, ensuring a high-quality finish. Undertake associated repair work where required. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with quality standards. Communicate professionally with tenants, providing excellent customer service at all times. About You Previous experience as a Plasterer, ideally within social housing, local authority or domestic property maintenance. NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plastering is desirable.
