Business Analyst - CRM Programme

Our client, a well-established organisation in the London Markets insurance sector, is looking for a full-time Business Analyst to join their CRM implementation programme, delivering a new CRM product across a geographically distributed user base.

The role:

• Define business requirements and support the SI partner in developing these further
• Act as first point of contact for the SI partner on all requirement queries
• Work closely with the Product Manager/Owner, supporting strategic product roadmap
• Support the Programme Manager with change management and end-user training

What''s needed:

• Extensive CRM experience essential
• Specialty or London Market experience desirable
