A well-established property investment group is seeking a Health and Safety Assistant to join their in-house commercial property management team in London. This permanent role supports health and safety standards across a large portfolio of over 800 commercial and residential properties nationwide. This role is 5 days a week based in the Angel officeWhat you''ll do Support health and safety compliance across a large, multi-site commercial and residential property portfolioLiaise with external health and safety, asbestos, and legionella consultantsAttend quarterly health and safety and people and culture committee meetingsCoordinate risk assessments, audits, and statutory compliance documentationManage health and safety training schedules, renewals, and internal communicationsSupport and train staff on HandS compliance systems and softwareAssist with policy reviews, emergency procedures, and approved contractor listsProvide practical HandS advice to staff, contractors, and tenantsManage incident reporting and RIDDOR processes via internal systems (e.g. Meridian)Support continuous improvement and regulatory updates (e.g. CDM requirements) What you bring NEBOSH General Certificate (essential)GCSEs including English and Maths (essential); IOSH / NVQ ..... full job details .....
