London, England, United Kingdom (3 days a week from our London office)About the RoleAs a Media Performance Marketing Executive, you''ll play a crucial role in our content studio. You''ll focus on optimising and amplifying our media campaigns, via our specialist GenAI media platform, to achieve outstanding client outcomes. Your strategic insight and analytical prowess will help us fine-tune our approaches to media performance.What You Will Be Doing
Strategy: Support to execute data-driven media strategies to enhance content performanceSupport to align media performance marketing strategy with the overarching client''s media strategy objectivesSupport to define and propose target audience groups, platforms and recommended optimal budget / spend for the client''s portfolio sub-brands
Market research: Remaining abreast of category and platform trends – insight / innovation analysis and reportingMedia activation: Facilitate and manage GenAI media tool (Creative X) connections to ‘paid media ad accounts’, full integration/set-up: content API, reporting APIContent analysis: E2E content analysis: prior to ‘go-live’, once ‘live’ and post ‘go-live’Media management: Manage and oversee all connected media platforms, ensuring proper integration with Creative X platform / analytics toolsPerformance: Establish key performance metrics and analyse media campaign results to identify opportunities for optimisationPerformance prediction: Analysis and reporting on historical data performance predictions for proposed content / new variantsPerformance optimisation: Provide insights on best-performing content formats and enhancementsFollowing client alignment / approval, manage the process to re-brief GenAI pilot content studio to optimise creative / contentClient engagement: Regular client engagement, client meetings, weekly client status meetingsClient reporting: Delivering weekly performance reports, with actionable insightsWhat You Need To Be Great In This Role
Relevant diploma or degree in Media, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field2-4 years experience in media planning and performance marketing, preferably within a media or agency settingGenAI experience and passion for innovation to define and lead this new generation approach to media and performance marketingStrong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights and supporting narrativeExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partnersProficiency in digital marketing tools, GenAI platforms and a deep interest in technologyYou can be the change - you prioritise environmental responsibility, social equity, and economic viability and how that translates into your day-to-day roleOur Values Shape Everything We DoBe
