Female Support Worker - Walton on Thames
£25,845 per annum (pro rata)
Full Time Hours only(39 hours per week)
Full UK Driving License essential - Be willing to drive service vehicles so the service users are able to access the community.
This service has 6 individuals all who have different needs including learning disabilities along with Asperger''s, Autism, Epilepsy and Mental Health conditions. This is a service where there are behaviors that challenge but training is provided, and you also will provide support to all individuals via shared support and on a 1 to 1 basis. The service users have various activities that they attend with staff support, these include Snoozelum, Nova Club, in house arts & crafts and cookery sessions, aromatherapy as well as house trips and holidays.

- Supporting our people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
- Supporting our people with social activities and connecting with family and friends.
- Supporting the management of our people’s finances.
- Keeping our people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
- Providing, and encouraging, personal care.

Experience in social care is not essential, we provide a full range of accredited and award-winning training programmes at no cost to yourself, including the Health and Social Care Diploma that will really support your career progression.
