This is a fully remote role and a fantastic opportunity for an experienced AP professional who enjoys working in a complex, high-volume environment.The role:Managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.Processing high volumes of supplier invoicesManaging supplier statements, reconciliations, credits and payment queriesPreparing and supporting regular payment runs, ensuring all appropriate controls and approvals are followedMonitoring AP ageing and proactively resolving outstanding itemsInvestigating duplicate invoices, overpayments and discrepancies, identifying root causes and putting preventative measures in placeSupporting the month-end close, reconciliations and reportingProviding support for internal and external auditsWorking with banking portals and payment platforms to ensure accurate and timely supplier paymentsUsing Oracle NetSuite and invoice automation/OCR systems to manage and process AP transactionsWorking closely with internal and international stakeholders across multiple legal entitiesSupporting process improvements, finance transitions and new entity onboardingIdentifying opportunities to improve AP processes, controls and efficiencyProviding guidance and support to other members ..... full job details .....
