We understand the wellbeing and happiness of our team, helps us deliver the most memorable visit possible for our guests and our team is always our number one priority.Our kitchen team is so important in helping us create special memories day in day out for all our guests.The St Enodoc Hotel became part of The Ainsworth Collection in January 2025; a building Paul and Emma have long admired and were so excited to take on. After learning the business and getting to know the team, we closed the hotel in October 2025 for a very exciting renovation to take place. The renovation is to offer a new bar and grill, relaxing rooftop terraces, a separate menu for dining in newly landscaped gardens and a luxury wedding location with versatile banqueting and events spaces.
