The role offers strong earning potential through an efficient bonus structure, alongside ongoing training and development opportunities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repair work across a range of vehicles.• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment.• Complete vehicle health checks and identify additional repair opportunities.• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to manufacturer standards.• Accurately record all work carried out on dealership systems.• Liaise with Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers regarding job progress.• Maintain high levels of productivity and quality of workmanship.• Follow warranty procedures and compliance requirements.• Support workshop efficiency and team performance targets.• Participate in ongoing training and technical development.CANDIDATE PROFILE• Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).• Previous experience in a franchised dealership or high-quality independent workshop.• Strong diagnostic, ..... full job details .....
