Grounds Maintenance Operatives - Seasonal / SummerLocation: Barrow In FurnessHourly Rate: 12.71Contract type: Fixed Term ContractContract Dates: ASAP until 16th October (weather conditions dependant).Working hours: Monday - Thursday 07:30-16:30, Friday 07:30-12:30 About the roleWe currently require multiple Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our teams in Barrow and Kendal to work on our Westmorland and Furness contract. You will keep several local grounds in a wonderful condition for our client through grass cutting; using a ride on and pedestrian mower, strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance, litter picking and any other related horticultural duties.This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment. Requirements Previous Grounds Maintenance experience beneficial or experience and willing to work outdoors Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset. Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. PA1 and PA6 licenses are desirable.
