Faber Building Services Ltd is currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative or Senior Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to join our growing team. We specialise in aftercare maintenance on new build properties across the Southeast of England.

JOB ROLE:

You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of aftercare and remedial works on residential new builds. Tasks including but not limited to:

• Painting & decorating
• Carpentry
• Tiling
• Tape & jointing
• Siliconing

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in multi-trade role (essential)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently
• A full, clean UK driving licence (required)
• A valid CSCS card or willingness to obtain one

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm 
• No on-call duties
• Saturday overtime paid at 1.5x rate

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

• Satisfactory Basic DBS Check
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
• Valid licences/qualifications
