It is a quiet setting and the perfect place for high-quality residential, dementia care. In this Care Home Managers role you will: Manage the home, ensuring that all care provided is of a high standard Act as a role model to staff, providing mentorship and support where needed Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home Maintain excellent working relationships with all levels of colleagues, internal as well as external professionals, families and visitors Create strong links with the local community Be ambitious with a desire to develop and progress the Home from Good to Outstanding For this fabulous managers role you must have: Experience in a similar role in residential or nursing care The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide an excellent service of person-centred care.
