They are looking to recruit a Billing Coordinator, to provide an administrative service to the Firm for billing purposes. This will involve liaison with Partners, Fee Earners and PA''s. The holder will take responsibility for coordinating the billing for a particular Practice Group and will be required to assist the Billing Manager with his duties.Excellent career opportunities available for the right candidate. ResponsibilitiesMaintain a portfolio of WIP in order to ensure timely billing and effective management of mattersAttend monthly meetings with Partners to discuss billingSubmit WIP reports to the Partners and Fee Earners when requiredProduce Billing Guides, Invoices and Credit Notes Generate reports from SSRS as required by the Partners and Fee EarnersPrepare client invoices in accordance with instructions from Partners and Fee EarnersEnsure e-billing requirements are metEnsure invoices comply with agreed client fee arrangementsEnsure that invoicing meets all statutory/legislative requirementsFollow-up on timesheets to ensure that Partners and Fee Earners keep them up to dateCandidate ProfileProven billing coordinator experience essentialPrevious working knowledge of Aderant/Elite preferredGood knowledge of Excel and working knowledge of other MS packagesFamiliar with SRA ..... full job details .....
