Contact and secure new business opportunities through warm leads and enquiries. Retain and nurture relationships with existing clients to maintain long-term business. Engage with prospective clients via phone and in-person to understand their insurance needs (budget, medical conditions, coverage level, geographical requirements, etc.). Develop clear and accurate written proposals and quotations for customers. Efficiently manage customer data and interactions using the company CRM system. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
