Your new role You will deliver a full spectrum of professional and project-based building surveying services, including detailed building surveys, defect diagnosis, specification writing, and contract administration from inception to completion. You will lead on technical matters such as dilapidations, PPM schedules, condition surveys, RCAs, and Party Wall instructions, while also providing technical due diligence to clients.
