Job Title: Head of CommercialReports to: CEODirect Reports: Commercial team members, Business Development, Product Marketing / NPI roles (as applicable)Department: Commercial Role Summary The Head of Commercial leads the company''s commercial strategy and revenue growth within technology manufacturing markets. Operating in a technology-manufacturing / contract manufacturing environment, the role focuses on business development, customer acquisition, new product introduction (NPI) support, pricing and commercial governance, ensuring customer programmes transition smoothly into manufacturing and ongoing production.This is a senior leadership role, working closely with operations, engineering and the executive team to drive profitable growth and long-term customer partnerships.Main ResponsibilitiesDefine and deliver the commercial strategy to support company growth targets within technology manufacturing sectors.Identify and win new contract manufacturing opportunities; build long-term customer relationships and strategic partnerships.Lead and support new product introductions (NPI) from customer engagement through to production readiness, working closely with engineering, operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operational integration.Own pricing strategy, commercial models, contracts, margins and customer segmentation to drive sustainable profitability.Oversee sales, business development and customer management activities; monitor performance through KPIs including ..... full job details .....
