This is a key role responsible for driving a proactive health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with legislation, and embedding wellbeing initiatives across the business. The position offers strong visibility across leadership and the opportunity to influence both operational standards and employee experience. The Role Reporting into the People function, with close alignment to Operations, you will lead all aspects of Health and Safety while also supporting training and wellbeing initiatives. This is a hands-on role, requiring a visible on-site presence, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to balance compliance with cultural development.
