You will carry out the operational duties of an all-round multi-skilled operative, including associated works, across the full range of repairs services on all One Manchester''s owned and managed properties. You will visit premises and properties to carry out maintenance, repair, refurbishment and renewal work to both tenanted and empty homes. What we''re looking for:To have served and completed a recognised trade apprenticeship or appropriate NVQ L3 standard. Evidence of key competencies specifically in plumbing (core trade) plastering, joinery and tiling. Working knowledge of legislation relating to HandS and CDM. Experience of working within a customer facing environment offering excellent customer service.
