Key responsibilities: Support the day-to-day delivery of HR operations across the UK and Ireland, covering the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to employee changes, absence, development, probation and offboarding. Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers, providing clear and timely guidance on routine HR policies, procedures and employee-related processes. Take ownership of routine HR matters within established company policies and processes, using sound judgement to recognise when complex, sensitive or formal matters require escalation.
