Due to rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced Talent Partner to join our ambitious, high-performing team based in Berkshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a flexible, agile and commercially minded recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both operational delivery and team leadership. As Talent Partner, you will take ownership of the recruitment life cycle - from approvals and briefing through to on-boarding, first day and beyond. You will act as a trusted partner to stakeholders while mentoring and supporting a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality talent aligned to business KPIs. This is a hands-on role requiring pragmatism, logical thinking, and strong organisational skills. Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the recruitment process end-to-end, from approval to on-boarding and post-first day follow-upEnsuring all approvals are secured and governance processes are adhered toTaking detailed recruitment briefs and briefing the wider team, including offshore recruitersSourcing talent using a variety of tools and methodsReviewing CV submissions and presenting shortlisted candidates to hiring managersCoordinating interviews between stakeholders and candidatesManaging interview logistics, including meeting room bookings and virtual arrangementsOffer management and on-boarding coordinationUpdating recruitment systems, reporting, and data managementContributing to continuous process improvementsSupporting Client Partnership Leads to ..... full job details .....
