Junior IT Support Analyst - Bromley, Kent - £25KMain Responsibilities:Learn the ordering and invoicing process. Credit card statement.Receive goods and then asset tag. Become proficient in the company asset management system.Maintain stock levels of all kit and consumables.Build strong rapport with our external suppliers.Professionally handle and log incoming support requests from end-users via telephone.Identify and become proficient in the software and hardware used and supported by our organization.Once you have become fully competent in the above. (approx. 4 - 6 months)Assist in setting up new user profiles and deactivating them when needed.Participate in hardware installation and configuration.Efficiently monitor and manage the ticket queue for incoming requests.Prioritise and schedule problems, with the option to escalate issues to the IT SupportTeam or IT Support Manager when necessary.Access knowledge bases and FAQ resources on the Extranet/Internet for problem resolution.There will be no change in your role for at least 12 months.Desired Skills and Experience:While prior support experience and exposure to the IT office environment are beneficial, we welcome recent school leavers with a strong interest in IT.A basic understanding of Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office, related applications, and computer hardware is desirable.Excellent communication skills are essential.What you can expect:Full time role working from Monday - Friday, based at our Head Office in ..... full job details .....
