Registered Manager CQC Location: Bradford Salary: £55,000- £65,000 Service: Six-bed care home - CQC Elite Search Associates is recruiting on behalf of a specialist care provider seeking an experienced and values-led Registered Manager for a six-bed home in Bradford. This is an opportunity to take responsibility for a specialist service supporting adults who may have learning disabilities, autism, behaviours that challenge, mental health needs, communication difficulties and complex physical or healthcare needs. You will have the opportunity to shape the service s culture, develop a skilled and consistent team and establish high standards of person-centred care from the outset. The role As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership, management and day-to-day operation of the home.
