Social Worker - Standard (Children''s)
Description Our local government clients are seeking a Social Worker - Standard (Children''s) to manage plans and coordinate services as a child protection social worker. Your role will be crucial, working within statutory frameworks and ensuring the safety and well-being of children. Experience within frontline child protection is necessary. Your key responsibilities will include: To ensure customers receive the right help at the right time, addressing their needs for choice, early intervention, prevention, information, and advice, and helping them take advantage of opportunities and make informed decisions regarding their support. This will include devising appropriate well-being and support plans. The use and Understanding of Advocacy will be key to this role. Qualification Essential GCSE Grade (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics. A recognised degree in Social Work, DipSW or CQSW. Social Work England registered. Advanced Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Social Media and CRM. At the Shortlisting Stage, we will evaluate candidates based on the following qualifications and Experience Requirements.
