Keoghs'' Retail Team is seeking to recruit an Intermediate / Multi Track File Handler to manage a caseload of non-delegated Intermediate / Multi Track Employers'' Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claims. This varied and rewarding role offers an excellent opportunity to join Keoghs'' thriving Corporate Sector Risk Practice, working with a range of high-profile retail clients.The successful candidate will predominantly handle a litigated caseload, while also managing a number of cases from the pre-litigation stage through to conclusion. The role provides exposure to a diverse range of claims and excellent opportunities for professional development within a highly regarded and collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities Manage a mixed caseload of Employers'' Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claims, predominantly Intermediate / Multi Track typically valued between £25,000 and £100,000. Assess liability, causation, and quantum, providing clear and commercially focused advice to clients. Support the development of junior team members through supervision, mentoring, and coaching in line with Keoghs'' Competency Frameworks, while contributing to financial authority audits. Develop and implement effective case strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes, identifying areas requiring further investigation and evidence gathering.
